Starting the Morning with Apple Watch

As always, my day began by checking my sleep data on the Apple Watch.
I slept for about 5 hours and 15 minutes, with over an hour of REM sleep and nearly 50 minutes of deep sleep. Not the longest rest, but being able to visualize these numbers right after waking up is reassuring.

With coffee in hand, I sat at my desk and spent some quiet morning hours writing.
Morning Walk
After finishing some work, I went out for a refreshing walk.
It was about 40 minutes and 3.4 km, with an average heart rate of 102 bpm. Having the Apple Watch record my pace and calories burned makes the whole activity feel more motivating.

Walking under the clear blue sky and sunlight really helps clear my head and boosts my productivity for the rest of the day.

On the way back, I stopped by Anytime Fitness to grab a protein drink. I used Apple Wallet on my Apple Watch to enter the gym and again to purchase the drink via QR code—no wallet or phone needed. These moments make me appreciate how seamless Apple devices make everyday life.
Refreshing My GranH Metal Band
Back home, I gave my GranH Apple Watch metal band a proper cleaning.
Sweat and oils build up quickly, so I used a cleaner and ultrasonic washer. Seeing the band shine again gives a little sense of satisfaction every time I wear it.

A Family Pool Plan… That Didn’t Go as Planned
The plan for the day was to head to a hotel pool with the family.
Unfortunately, I forgot that reservations were required, and most of the city hotel pools were already fully booked. So, we changed plans and went to the Tokyo Tower Water Splash Pool instead.

On the way, I contacted both the American Express Platinum Concierge and the Diners Club Premium Concierge for help with pool arrangements. Once again, Diners stood out with their attentive and efficient service. Since I’ve had good experiences before, I’ll be writing a separate article comparing these concierge services.
During this moment, I also used the iPhone’s side button to activate Apple Intelligence, quickly recording my thoughts via voice. There are even rumors that Apple Watch will soon get a native Notes app, which would make this process even smoother—I’m excited to see if that comes true.
Work Session at Tokyo Tower
After enjoying the pool, we headed into Tokyo Tower.
While my sons were playing, I went to the food court with my daughter, who wanted shaved ice.

As she enjoyed her treat, I opened my MacBook and managed to write about 70% of this article right there.
With a MacBook, iPhone, and a stable internet connection, I can work almost anywhere. It truly feels like I’m carrying my office with me, seamlessly blending family time with productivity.
Conclusion
Today once again showed how Apple devices seamlessly connect my lifestyle and hobbies.

That’s the joy of living an “Apple Daily.”
